3D Design Lead

An accomplished 3D Design Lead with strong experience in retail experiential design and spatial planning, with a hands-on approach with concepts, presenting and leading design teams & projects of all scales. A talented 3D Designer with so much to offer, they have gained experience in concepting new store proposals including VM, Pop up, Activations and store design, customer journey maps and storyboards, leading design teams on full roll-out, Brand guidelines, project matrix workshops, technical drawing pack production, furniture & material sourcing, and pitch design proposals. They love to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and have experience liaising with wider architect & construction teams and have developed strong client relationships. They are passionate about leadership and have proven team lead experience with a team of 5-8 Designers.
