It was a pleasure to partner with this leading Retail brand as they continue to go from strength to strength. This business knew it was time to take their digital marketing to the next level and bring their first Senior Head of Digital into the team to provide strategic direction and resource the team further. Knowing that partnering with their recruiter was the best way to find great people and achieve their goals, in a speedy way this client partnered with us exclusively allowing us to use all of the tools in our toolbox to get the best result, quickly.
 
Having met with the Hiring Manager and hearing their plans for the role, I was able to advise on whether their brief was realistic, advise on salary brackets and any challenges or barriers that I could foresee with the role and process, based on market insight and knowledge. When we were happy with the brief, I was able to get to work! Being immersed in the industry and talking to senior-level candidates, I had a few people top of mind who I was able to reach out to over the following 24 hours; presenting some great candidates for my client to meet.
 
After meeting a range of candidates, some more junior and some more senior, my client appreciated being presented with a range of levels as it allowed them to be confident in knowing exactly the person they needed in this role as it was so important that they get it right.
 
I personally feel that this role was filled quickly and efficiently with the most perfect person (who is getting on brilliantly by the way and has gone on to build their own incredible team!) because we worked closely together, as a TEAM. I was a partner (and not a supplier) and I was integrated into the process. I was able to speak directly with both HR and the Hiring Manager and by working in partnership I wasn’t in ‘competition’ with anyone else, meaning I could do the deep dive necessary and throw 100% into the role, knowing that I had the commitment from the business, allowing me to give them my full commitment in return.
